Don Stevens
CEO
BA, MPA, Ll.B, CPHR, RCIC
Don has been a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) since 1989 and a Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR) since 2007. In addition to his immigration and human resource licensing, Don received degrees in Law, Economics and Public Administration. In his immigration practice, he and his staff have helped more than 10,000 families and individuals successfully immigrate to Canada, in every application category. This includes several hundred applications for caregivers from many countries around the world.
Prior to this, Don worked for several years in a wide range of government positions, including terms with the Federal ministries of Employment and Immigration, and the BC Provincial Ministries of Labour and Finance. In his time with Canada Employment, Don was manager of two highly successful student employment offices in Selkirk and Winnipeg, Manitoba and was promoted to the role of Assistant Regional Coordinator of Summer Youth Employment Programs. He followed this with a term as an Immigration Officer in Victoria, then as a researcher in the Ministry of Labour and a full-time position as Executive Assistant to the Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance.
Don is CEO of Canadian Caregivers International and is responsible for all aspects of business operations. He is fluent in English and French and is conversational in Mandarin and Spanish.
Lea Alban De Jesus
International Recruiter

Originally from the Philippines, Lea has been working in the Middle East for more than 20 years. Initially, Lea worked for large companies providing skilled labour to the largest hotel chains in the world such as the Hyatt group and International Hotel group, and manufacturers such as Samsung and the National Petroleum Company.
For the past ten years she has had her own business recruiting caregivers from Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indonesia, Kenya and Nepal.
Lea is our key recruitment partner in the far east and can speak English, Tagalog and Arabic.
Sapuni Sumasinghe

Sapuni has had several years experience in management positions in sales and business administration in large companies in Sri Lanka before recently coming to Canada. Since beginning with our company, she has developed expertise in all types of immigration online applications which is crucial to the efficient processing of our clients’ applications. In addition, Sapuni has applied her training in areas of office administration, bookkeeping, and customer service. We rely on Sapuni to manage our office operations and immigration visa processing.
She speaks English and the Sri Lankan dialect of Sinhalese.
Mainuddin Hassan
Marketing Expert

Mainuddin is an adept digital marketing professional with a rich background in digital marketing, team leadership, and campaign management. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Mainuddin merges business acumen with a passion for sustainability, technology, and culture, embodying a holistic approach. He is armed with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Tools, he excels in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies. He brings a diverse linguistic skillset, fluently conversing in English, Bengali, Urdu, and Hindi.
Mainuddin is our in-house marketing expert and assists with office administration and special projects.
