For Employers:

Employer Requirements

To hire a caregiver through our program, you need to meet the following criteria:

Employer Can be Private Homes & Caregiver Agencies

Employers can be individual households or established caregiver agencies seeking qualified professionals. This flexibility allows for a broader range of opportunities and ensures that caregivers find suitable placements in diverse settings.

Clear Need and Financial Proof

Employers must demonstrate a genuine need for a caregiver and prove they can cover all related costs. This ensures the caregiver’s salary and other expenses are fully supported.

Signed Employment Contract

Both the employer and caregiver must sign a contract that clearly outlines job duties, work hours, salary, and benefits. This agreement protects both parties and sets clear expectations from the start.

Safe and Comfortable Living Space:

If the caregiver lives in your home, you must provide a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This ensures the caregiver has a secure and comfortable living environment.
